You have a lot of things going on Nate, the ramp building, the riding, the family and Team Blowin' it. Let's start with the ramp building. How many days a year are you on the job building ramps?
Nate: 472 (what) Sorry I never was that good at math. I’m really not sure but I do know that it is way too many days. This last year was probably my busiest yet. It is good and bad. Good because I have work, but bad when I am away from my family.

What are some of the ramps that you built in 2007?
Nate: I designed some stuff for the Simple Session event in Estonia, 2 20,000 sq ft indoor and outdoor area, plus a simulated ski hill into an aerated pool, The X games Vert ramp, X games BMX park course

For second year Madrid will celebrate this astonishing BMX Supercross competition, in which the best riders of the whole world will participate. This year the competition will be celebrated on February 9th at the Palacio de Deportes, a privileged venue not only for riders but also for spectators, as it is very well situated in the city centre and the outdoor installations ensure the success of the competition. Lovers of extreme sports will have a compulsory appointment at the first 2008 contest of the BMX Supercross

We have a few Contest planned to be held during the Jam, like best Ledge – Lines are welcome - , long jump contest and a game and if enough kids will show up there although will be a Miniramp Contest. The Aftershowparty will be hold in the freshly rebuild Café right at the Skaters Palace. So the BMXer will be the first ones to Party there. The main Reason for the Jam is to see everybody again and 

Nothing else to do....!? Pump up a tire until it explodes. This video on Youtube shows a guy who put a KHE tire on a rim and starts pumping, and pumping, and pumping. He obviously is getting tired towards the end and the explosion is insane. Cheaper than fireworks? No, not really. Available all year and legal? Yes.

You do get some flow from several companies, do you still go shopping or has the time at the mall been reduced now that you get free stuff from Nike and Levi's?
Ronnie: Hahah, ya it has definitely reduced, but I still go to the mall with some of my friends to get some food or just for the ride.. but I mainly just go for the best pizza ever hahha.

You ride for a German bike company, how did that work out?
Ronnie: Well it all kinda happened the first year I worked at Woodward Camp. I am really good friends with Matt Miller at DK/System and I talked to him like everyday for the whole summer online and one day he called me and was like "Hey I was wondering if you would try out

New bike sponsor, how did that come about?
Mark: A while ago in Vegas, a very friendly dude jumped in our van when we were on a roadtrip in California, knew him from the Simple Session a few years ago: Niels Thanild. Got to learn about his views on life and the tech side of bikes, really loved it but I had a free frame from Mankind at that time.
Later on in Holland, at the moment the Soulcycle team dropped, Markus Wilke at Khe contacted me. Really thanks for that, but I also spoke to Niels about maybe becoming part of the Simple minded people. That worked out, and just before the X games in Dubai I got the stickers thanks to Paul's Boutique. When I got back we worked things out. I JUST BUILT UP A NEW ENIGMA and am so stoked.

Mankind is coming out this spring with the ALIVE flatland frame. Design input came from Hamburg Flatland locals Kai Stein & Sascha Heydeman. Goal was to design a simple and clean looking frame with all the up to date features.
