If your Trash Art has what it takes you will win a pair of Vans surf shoes and a Vans t-shirt. Each month we will go through the pics and select a monthly winner.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. TO ENTER: Visit the Vans website at Vans.com and follow the instructions to enter on-line. Open only to U.S., Puerto Rico and Canadian residents who, as of 3/2/09, are 13 years of age or older. If you are a teen under 13 years of age, you must have your parents? or guardian?s permission before providing personal information. Vans is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. ALL ONLINE ENTRIES ON THE ENTRY SITE MUST BE RECEIVED BY 10:00 AM (PACIFIC TIME) ON the last day of the month the current month.
2. Winner Selections: One (1) Monthly Winner will be selected at random by Vans. The winner will be announced on or about monthly. The selection is final and binding on all matters related to the sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of their selection. Upon notification, winners must claim their prize by e-mail or by the telephone number provided. If a given winner does not respond within 5 days of initial notification, an alternate winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Winners must complete any and all legal documents and return them to Vans within five (5) working days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries by random drawing. 3. PRIZES: MONTHLY WINNER One [1] Monthly winner will receive a pair of Vans surf shoes and a Vans t-shirt. The approximate retail value (?ARV?) of this prize is $80. Sponsors are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Grand Prize. All taxes/fees and expenses in conjunction with air tickets are the responsibility of the winner, including all necessary government documentation. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsors. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $80 and the odds of winning the prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes are provided ?as is? without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS OR CASH REDEMTION EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN: Prizes are not transferable.
