This is our first edit with the Canon 7D. A bit of a test to see how it goes, filmed over a couple days out riding.
Shot with a Canon 50mm 1.4 lens
Edited with Adobe Premiere CS4
As there is no 7D settings in CS4 I used the AVCHD 1080p preset and exported out at H.264 on HDTV 1080p 29.97 high quality. Still not sure if this is the best way to do it but the workflow was fine with no lag on a macbook pro.
Not sure if I am sold on the export settings yet either.
I am still working this camera out etc.. Hope some of this info helps anyone else moving into the HD world.
