It was another blowout King of New York event last weekend at Tompkins Square Park in Manhattan and Cunningham Park in Queens! Well over 200 riders signed up for the weekend's events, one of the largest athlete turnouts in the 16-year history of King of New York. Spectator attendance also increased for the third consecutive year. If you were there you got to session the one-of-a-kind KoNY Police Cruiser during the Street event. Conceptualized and designed by
Ryan Humphrey, people will be talking about the parking block police siren and front bumper grind rail for years to come. The unique
Ed Pollio designed street course which changed variations throughout the day was another hit with the riders and crowd alike.
Flatland organizer
Roy De Guzman helped bring together top Flatland riders from all over the Northeast and beyond. This year everyone was treated to beats spun by DJ Soul and live music courtesy of Big Grin, Caterpillers, and the wildly animated Mr. Free and the

Satellite Freakout! Finally, the first ever King of New York Dirt Jam was held on Sunday with fun had by all on the dusty, yet flowing, Queens downhill trails section.
