MINI FAT JAM 2005
This Mini FAT JAM was not the best ever but the weather was, we had the sun shining on the SUGARHILLS and the MINIRAMP all weekend and it was nice to recover from the Paul’s Boutique party just hanging around at the Mini FAT JAM.
The SUGARHILLS were not in the best shape since the locals are waiting for a budget to restyle the whole area so it was not smart to work on the current trails.
Dennis the “Boss� of the trails shaped the jumps and blew up his knee again in the morning so he was sidelined again.
Nicolai van Zeeland and Gerrit Koornwinder were ripping with
their “non� BMX bikes but it will not take long to see Nicolai on a new WTP 4-Seasons! Wouter Schonnewille brought his son with a homemade mini bike and there was no stopping him, he rode the whole day and must have made over 100 laps.
Michael “Rabbitâ€? van der Lee was dressed like an eastern bunny, a bit late but sure it was funny seeing a bunny doing turndowns and 360’s. The “Storttrailâ€? locals only had 2 riders on the track since Tony Montage had a crash with a motorized skateboard earlier that week.
