The Kalmre brothers and their crew had transformed the Saku hall into a skatepark for the weekend. The Red Bull vert ramp was transported in for the 10 vert guys that made it over for the halfpipe contest. The qualification round had 10 riders on the ramp. With all finalists getting a part of the 3500 Euros purse, the goal was to make next days’ final.

Converging from around the country and the world, the assembled 20inch crew got their first taste of Dirt Jam and its epic scale on Friday morning. Set in the middle of the Gold Coasts most famous strip of golden sand at Surfers, the Dirt Jam was nothing short of incredible.
Over 60 tonnes of dirt sculpted over the top of 300 wooden palettes made up the two huge 3 metre high supercross-esque kickers, while a 7 metre high roll in towered ominously above it all. The massive height of the tower set to generate more than enough speed for epic airtime, bringing with it the ability to push BMX dirt jumping into the next millennium.
The 45 invited riders quickly dropped to around the 35 mark. Between the sheer scale of the roll in and two intimidating dirt kickers that followed, the field was culled even before the first heats began. Dirt Jam was no place for the meek or mild....
Few weeks ago the second Polish Championships took place. BMXers from all over the country came to Bialystok to meet their friends, have fun and to compete. The Polish bmx scene is very united. People from different cities know each other, visit each other and stay in touch via internet or simply telephones (advantages of bmx not being so popular). Ok I promise that was the last digression.
Ramp Rats is run and owned by local rider Mike Krainch and is one of the very few indoor parks in Northern California. 4 different classes were held ranging from 15 and under all the way to the Pro class.
Kevin Kiraly from Livermore , CA had an extremely smooth and dialed run in the pro finals which assured him the number 1 payout. Kevin threw in moves like double tailwhips over the jump box and some flairs.

The idea was to pick a load of the best dutch BMX riders and stack them in a bus and ride the best spots. The first thing that you notice when you watch Loading is that the quality is bang on! The filming is done from several angles and edited in a way that gives you a good idea about what is going on. The music is original and really fits the parts.
