than once this year. Where did you all go? Alex: Yep so grateful to be in the position I'm in... China, Vegas/Cali, and then all over Europe for contests and what not.

How was China? Were you shocked by the culture they're living in?
Alex: China was interesting.... it really was eye-opening to see how people adapt to living in a less civilised world than I'm used to seeing.

You mostly ride street. Are you always on the lookout for things to ride when you travel in a place you've never been to before?
Alex: I don't think it matters where I'm at... my perception of street riding is always changing so I'm constantly on the lookout for something different to ride.

Filming clips is what people do these days. Who do you normally ask to film you when you've found something you want to do?
Alex: Usually depends what I'm filming for... most of the companies I ride for prefer to use designated filmers, but I just recently got a camera so I've been having my homie that I ride with film for me.

Do you have any web edits you're working on at the moment?
Alex: Yeah I've been collecting a few clips at some spots real close to my house, just need a few more before the edit's ready.

You showed up at a lot of contests in 2010 but you're not always competing. What do you like about contests, and what do you hate about them?
Alex: Yeah I guess it's good to show my face at least, I love getting to ride/chill/party with all the homies in one place. I hate the seriousness and the unoriginality

What's the highest you've ever bunny hopped?
Alex: I've never really measured but I guess around bar height and a half?

When you look outside of your window, do you wish you were somewhere warm?
Alex: all the time! hopefully moving to warmer climates soon

Do you have school to finish up or are you all done?
Alex: No I'm done with school... I love learning but I honestly don't feel like studying at school is for me

Being a professional BMX rider for the next 5 years. How does that sound?
Alex: That's the plan...

Do you have any plans for next year?
Alex: Have lots of plans for next year, mainly getting my own pad and then putting in a lot of work into the next Cult dvd
