- This is my 4th time there. First time I was there was in 2008, and it's always such a good time.
When are you getting there this year?
- I thought I'd come on board on Thursday.
What do you think of the course design for the 2011 Simpel Session?
- Looks pretty sick, everything in Finland is so small and simple and that course is full of lines with big quarters. But surely one of the best parks that I will ever get to ride.
2 days of practice with 3 groups. Enough for you?
- 2 days is such a good thing. First day you can film some moves to film and second day you can look for some lines to do in the contest.
Are you going to watch the skateboard competition too?
- Yes for sure. There are so many hot Finnish names on the list. I used to skate before I started BMX so I know some those guys.
Who do you think will do well in the BMX comp?
- Wait, I check the rider list... I hope that I see one of these guys in podium; Harrington, Sexton, Wallace, Layos.
Do you plan on visiting any of the BMX movies that are playing during the week?
- I don't thinks so. I do not watch that many movies. When I go to Kontula indoor skatepark I heard all the new web videos that I sh
ould to watch from the local kid. What about the parties? You going?
- Absolutely! The parties are so good and the clubs are cool to. Sad that the sunday parties are not anymore in Von Krahl, that place was sweet.
Who will be the last one standing on the dancefloor?
- That's a hard one! There are a couple of Finnish guys who are tough, but don't forget the De Jong brothers. But my choice is a guy named Huumetukka.
Do you have any other plans for the Simpel Session weekend?
- BMX, parties, friends, some beer, good times for 5 days. I think there is enough plans for me.
What makes the Simpel Session so good?
- Certainly the best contest in the world. Atmosphere is so crazy in the contest! Risto the organizer is the man.
