Do you remember the first BMX event you went to this year and how did it go?
Anahi Valentina: My first event in 2017 was “Briathong On Fire” in Lima, Peru. I worked hard to get the money for one month and my family helped me too.

How many weekends/days were you away from home and at a BMX jam/contest or on tour?
Anahi Valentina: I think 9 mounths .. I go out to my house in February and come back in last days of November. I traveled around South America.. I went to Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brasil; This Was crazy!

What was the best event you went to this year that gets your vote?
Anahi Valentina: I really don't know! This year I went to a lot of really amazing events like Embalse Dirt Contest- Manifiesto Dirt Contest in Argentina o BSS Tour- Brasil o Bowl Dirt Contest -Chile I really loved this!

What contest placing were you stoked on this year?
Anahi Valentina: Embalse Dirt Contest in Argentina

What trick/move were you happy to pull for the first time this year?
Anahi Valentina: I'm really happy learning to flow and fly and I think I don't do more tricks but I do my tricks more beatiful and higher.

Who had the best looking bike in 2017?
Anahi Valentina: I don't know.

What was your worst injury in 2017?
Anahi Valentina: I has 23 points in my knee

Worst thing that happened while you’re on the road?
Anahi Valentina: I Broke my LCA of my knee

How many flat tires did you have the past 12 months?
Anahi Valentina: Haha I think mmmm... when I was in Argentina, I spent two weeks every day fixing my tires.

Best meal you had?
Anahi Valentina: The food of my house

Best party you visited in 2017?
Anahi Valentina: Chile

Raddest person you got to hang out with this year?
Anahi Valentina: I don't know

Best thing you saw in 2017?
Anahi Valentina: When you travel from Chile to Argentina, you pass through the middle of the Andes mountain range, which are giant and beautiful snowcapped! Something unmatched.

Plans for 2018?
Anahi Valentina: I want travel to Europa and see all places to ride with my best friend. I want to thank all the bikers that helped me in a course this year and pushed to succeed and do well the things throughout my long trip.
