Mike Emde's 2010 Good, Bad and Ugly list:

The Good:
1. Family and friend were healthy
2. Watching my kids grow
3. Moved to the other side of the street        
4. rebeljam came back
5. BMX scene in my hometown is growing and growing

The Bad:
1. Bureaucracy f**ked me really up        
2. All injuries, crashes and accidents happened
3. Getting older

The Ugly:
1. Saw Andy Zeiss' breast, again.... wtf! ;-)

Good things, bad things and ugly things happened in 2010. We asked some riders to give their list. This one came in from European Elite BMX champ Raymon van der Biezen.

The Good:
1. All my sponsors who helped me out last season.
2. Dutch and European Champion 2010
3. 5th place at the UCI World Championships 2010
4. New girlfriend
5. Getting our own SX track at the Olympic Training Centre "Papendal"

The Bad:
1. Knee injury
2. Got stuck in Korea because of the ash

The Ugly:

If somebody has been owning the vert pipe over the last couple of years, it's Jamie Bestwick. 6 times Dew tour vert champion I believe which is an incredible record. Good thing he didn't quit riding when his doctor advised him he should hang it up. Seeing Jamie ride is something else. Here's his 2010 Good, Bad and Ugly list.

Jamie Bestwick:

The Good:
1. Met Valentino Rossi
2. Raced in the Toyota grand prix
3. Saw my boy go to kindergarden
4. Gumball Rally in London
5. Gained my motorbike racing license

The Bad:
1. Bulging disc in my back

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly with Mark Vos:

The Good:
1. My son Luuk being born on the 25th of april 2010
2. Having fun and scaring myself riding, going faster
3. Still enjoy making coffee's
4. Pretty much the whole bmx summer was amazing. Roskilde, Fise, Nass, Masters, Simpel Session, Biarritz.
5. Standing up on the surfboard at the Pull-in trip

The Bad:
1. Breaking my toe at simple session.and finding out 3 months after
2. My bmx got stolen in Barca
3. The boulevard hip in Scheveningen rip... that was a lovely spot

The Ugly:
1. I dunno if the Fiat Mulitpla still counts as an answer ;)

As they keep dripping in I'm going to get them up anyway, especially this one of Leigh Ramsdell because it gives me a reason to put up a nice picture of him.

1. Getting ready to be a dad. Stoked!
2. Traveling the world all because of a BMX bike.
3. Anthem II!
4. Eastern Team hanging out at my house.
5. People who got hurt making a good recovery

The Bad:
1. Watching friends take some serious falls
2. Getting kicked out of skateparks.
