One of the spots that my father wanted to show me was Sheep Hills. He told me the spot has been around for over 25 years and the first time he visited it was in 1990. That's way before I was born. We parked the car at the gas station and rode across the bridge to get from HB to Costa Mesa. Then we took a small path on the right and rolled downhill until we got to the famous Sheep Hills. It was dusty so a mountain biker named Tyler and dad got some cans of water at the nearby lake and made a few of the jumps wet so they had better traction.

In the meantime I was exploring the spot. It had a nice pump track and later I discovered some more rollers. Then we started working on the first small line and we took some pictures. I liked the place. It had a lot to offer. But unfortunately we had little time to ride. We had dropped off Veerle and mom at the mall and needed to go back to pick them up. Maybe we go back to Sheep Hills so we can ride some more. A little rain would be good for the trails but it hardly ever rains here. Another 30 degrees celcius day in the OC. I'm getting used to it.
