In addition, the GT Air Show riders will be putting on freestyle shows all around the country throughout the year. This freestyle group performs at many large events like the half time of NBA, NFL, and MLB games. FLY Racing Picks up Kyle Bennett> FLY Racing is proud to officially announce that Free Agent AA Pro Kyle Bennett is now a member of the FLY team. For those who haven't noticed, Kyle has been wearing 2006 FLY race wear and helmets since late January. As mentioned in other news, Kyle has had some bad luck lately but this past weekend in Boulder City he put all that behind him by making all his mains and taking his second Elite NBL win of the season. We are stoked to have Kyle riding with us and want wish him the best of luck.
FLY Racing's Donny Robinson in the lead!> After his awesome weekend in Boulder City, taking the win at UCI race and a 1st and 2nd in the Elite class, Donny Robinson is in the lead! DR currently is sitting on top of the UCI points rankings, NBL Elite Men's Points, ABA Pro Cruiser points and is sitting #2 in ABA AA Pro points. DR is off to great start this year and is looking to bring home some titles. He is more focused and determined then ever and it's showing in his results. DR is proving that size doesn't matter as he takes on the biggest competition out there and continues to come out on top.
FLY Racing's Pros heating it up in 06!> As you have been reading Robinson, Bennett, and Stumpy are all continuing to dominate the AA Elite ranks. The Olympics are coming and these guys along with Bubba Harris seem to be the top contenders for a bid to represent our country on the biggest stage bmx has ever seen.
CMC/FLY AA Pro Jason Rogers has also turned some heads lately. Jason barely missed taking the 05 ABA cruiser title and since has been one of the most consistent racers out there. He is currently sitting #2 in ABA Pro Cruiser and #3 is AA Pro points.
The Avent/Bombshell pro combo of Jarrett Kolich and Tyler Brown are proving to be a force. Jarrett, who is sitting #4 in ABA points, proved he is now ready for AA by consistently making mains and taking his first AA win at the ABA Guthrie OK national. TB is having his best start to a season ever. He is also making mains and is currently sitting #9 in ABA points.
GHP Vet Pro Todd "TP" Parry is contining his winning ways in Vet Pro. After a heartbreakering Grands, TP is refocused and ready to place his bid for a chance at the 06 Vet Title.
Not to forget the girls, FLY/Supercross pro girl Krystal Hime is also having her best year ever. Currently sitting #3 in ABA points, Krystal is setting up for a chance at the a women's pro title. Sitting #4 is Phanton/Ontrac's > Stephanie Barragan who is on the comeback trail after a serious injury last season. Stephanie is looking faster then ever and could be a contender for a women's title in 06.
We are also waiting for the return of Brandon Meadows. He is healing well from his broken leg and looking forward to making a comeback, again!
