The end of one era is the beginning of a new one. After the Tretlagerhalle in Emmering closed down in the beginning of the year the fourth Telekom Local Support Street Challenge will take place for the first time in a new location. New host is the Wicked Woods indoor park in Wuppertal, which offers equally perfect conditions with tons of obstacles. So highlight the 2nd of October in your diary! Apart from the location, nothing has changed. In amateur and pro class two riders will start as a team.
And you can be excited about which dream team will do the most beautiful trains and synchronized liptricks. To convince the judges big tricks aren‘t enough though, it’s also all about creativity and team spirit.

The team that has the best mix will go home with a financial support for their home spot worth 3.500 € (pro) and 2.000 € (amateurs). Rotting ramps, a new roof for the indoor park or a bit of cash for the club? The support can be used as needed - the winners will decide. The teams coming second and third will receive a mini spot support as well as tons of stuff from Pro-tec, the Fiat Freestyle Team, Felt Bikes and The Local Face Shop in Wuppertal.
The Telekom Local Support Street Challenge is also the only chance to qualify for the Telekom Extreme Playgrounds on the 5th of December 2010 in Berlin. There are four places to be won amongst the international super-pros. The best amateur and the three best pros of the day can then go on a trip to Berlin to try their luck against rider such as last year’s winner
Harry Main or
Dennis Enarson.
At the Telekom Local Support Street Challenge there will be a free rider’s BBQ, the Service Van in case you need repairs, free entry and no starter fee to make this deal perfect. These should definitely be enough reasons to travel to Wuppertal on the 2nd of October!
The location & prizes are sorted and the grill is (almost) heated up! Only things missing are you and your bike! You know what to do!
