We arrived down in Virginia around 1pm. Got our passes and enjoyed the event. The first day was prelims, the second day they had finals. I was running the Sophisticated Rider Booth and John Parker was killing it on the vert ramp, Jared Souney was taking pictures for the whole event and Danny was doing a scene report on the event! Everything went great, alot of people walked out with Sophisticated Rider Magazines and we gained some subscribers! The heat was outa control, and the vert riders toughed it out all day for two days, mad props to all the riders! We had one man down though..good friend of mine, Brian Cunningham. Took a hard impact in practice and has been in the Hospital for the past two nights. We all wish him a fast recovery.
After the Action Sports Tour Event ended today Me and Danny packed up the gear and hit the road back to PA. The Scion was gettin alot of love on the way home, we must of waved and beeped at 1000 cars. Holla at that Scion xb! Danny Kept forgetting we were driving a rolling advertisement and was bugging out when he saw people staring at him...well they were staring at the truck! hahaha! Good times with Good friends!!! Special Thanks to John Parker for making it a happening time and for being such a great inspiration to me.
