The KDL hall might not be Germany’s largest location but definitely one of the most popular ones. The perfect mini ramp already produced quite a few bangers and it speaks for itself when not only Mark König spends (almost) all his free time there but also riders like Tobias Wicke and Sergej Geier come by regularly!
Saturday the 30th of July the mini ramp will see high airs, wild rotations and technical lip tricks. As there is no more team format this year at the Local Support Miniramp Challenge everyone rides on his own for a place on the podium. While pros can win travel budget worth 800 €, amateurs can expect prizes such as stuff by Monster Energy, Pro-tec, Fiat Freestyle Team, Felt Bikes and the 2four7 shop.
Of course an important part will be the qualification for the Telekom Extreme Playgrounds in Hamburg on the 28th of August. The three best pros and the best amateur will secure a spot for the event and then go against riders such as last year’s winner Mark Webb, Michael Beran or Ben Wallace.
Like at all other Telekom Local Support Challenges the service van and a free rider’s BBQ will also be part of the contest in Riedstadt. There is no starter’s fee and entrance is free too! So what are you waiting for? Sign up now!
