In the morning we received a mail from Anthony Pill saying that Lewis Monks had passed yesterday. I'm not sure if I'd ever met the young man but when a BMX-er dies, it feels like one of our family has left us and that's never right. Our thoughts are with his close ones and we wish them all the strength in the time to come. Pill sent through a clip of Lewis from 2008 where he was doing flairs, handplants over the spine and all that good stuff. He will be missed. 
After doing a BMX 'zine for ten years (1987 - 1996) FATBMX made it on the internet. The year was 1998. Here to stay.
