X Games Los Angeles 2013 Tickets Now on Sale

Tickets are now on sale for X Games Los Angeles – celebrating its 11th consecutive and final year in Southern California – available for purchase at axs.com/xgames and the box offices at STAPLES Center and Irwindale Event Center. X Games Los Angeles takes place August 1 – 4 with more than 200 of the world’s premiere action sports athletes in competition. Tickets start at $10 for events at L.A. LIVE and STAPLES Center and – for the first time – Irwindale Event Center will also host X Games competitions. Last year, ESPN announced it would seek a new home for the U.S. X Games summer event starting in 2014, in an effort to expose the Games to more fans around the nation.

STAPLES Center will again host four nights of Moto X competition, while Street League Skateboarding will make its debut at the L.A. LIVE Event Deck where BMX Street, Women’s Skateboard Street and Skateboard Vert will also be held. Irwindale Event Center will showcase the inaugural GYMKHANA GRID competition along with Ford RallyCross, America’s Navy

Skateboard Big Air and GoPro BMX Big Air. X Fest – the ultimate action sports festival at both L.A. LIVE and Irwindale Event Center – will feature interactive parks, sponsor and industry booths, athlete appearances and demos, and is free to the public at L.A. LIVE venues and included with ticket purchase for Irwindale events.

X GAMES MUSIC Each ESPN X Games highlight the artistic and cultural elements inherent in the action sports lifestyle, and X Games Music in Los Angeles will present a lineup of top musical performers, including AWOLNATION, Madeon, Pepper, The Presets, Tanlines, Robert DeLong and FMLYBND. Shows on Thursday, August 1, with AWOLNATION and Madeon; and Friday, August 2, with Pepper – both at Irwindale Event Center – are included with the purchase of the days’ competition tickets. The Presets, Tanlines, Robert DeLong and FMLYBND will perform on Friday night at L.A. LIVE’s Club Nokia beginning at 9 p.m. PT for $30.
