and golf, Peak Performance has now turned their attention to the latest Olympic discipline – BMX.
“The UCI is excited to have Peak Performance on board. BMX is a fast growing sport that in many ways corresponds to Peak Performance core values and love of sports”, says Johan Lindstrom, UCI BMX Sports Coordinator.
“Peak Performance has always been highly involved in sports where the limits of our technical products are tested. Therefore action sports like skiing and now BMX are very attractive as sponsoring projects for us”, says Anders Norin sponsoring manager at Peak Performance.
Peak Performance first appearance will be the UCI BMX World Championships 26-28 July 2007 in Victoria, BC Canada. The UCI BMX World Championships is the most prestigious and biggest BMX event held annually each year.
“Peak Performance manufactures the best technical active wear available, with the latest coolest designs. It will be great to see them bring this into to the BMX community,” adds Mats Notlind, UCI Deputy BMX Sports Coordinator.
