You can show a photo of your hands or a sweet riding picture will work also but don't forget to follow both @FATBMX and @FOXHEADEUROPE and include hashtag #SHOWUSYOURHANDS in your Instagram post. It is possible to simply repost the Instagram image also as long as you make sure you follow @fatbmx and @foxheadeurope and use the correct hashtag for the competition.
