Ricardo Laguna was awarded honorary citizen of North Las Vegas by Mayor John Lee of North Las Vegas.

Shortly after, Mayor Lee asked if Ricardo could host an action sports contest at Craig Ranch Regional Park the newest & biggest skate park in North Las Vegas. The date has been set for Saturday August 30th, 2014 from 4pm to 10 pm. A special thanks to the sponsors for making this event possible, Craig Ranch Regional Park, UChaseThis, DK bicycles, Luxury Galaxy theaters, Cannery Casino and Hotel & the City of North Las Vegas.

We are inviting any individual who ride bikes, skate boards,

scooters & even roller blades. To come out & compete & try to earn 1 of the 3 spots to ride with Local professional BMX riders Mark Rubio, Jimmy Hale, Gary Laurent & 11 year old up and comer Marcus Christopher. At the 3rd annual Home Town Heros exhibition held at Insert Coins located on 512 E. Fremont street on September 1, 2014 festivities begin at 6pm.

At this event there will be tons of action, music & food, Featured food trucks include Fuku burger , Just chill snowcones & The hummus factory. Ricardo Laguna will attempt to jump over UFC founder Dana White, The event will raise money by having the annual charity raffle. 100% of the raffle proceeds will be given to Heaven Can Wait Animal Rescue Organisation. Special guest Dj & professional BMX rider Ben Snowden will be DJing at the after party at Insert Coins.
