On Saturday, November 8, the Bojangles’ BMX Fest will return to Greenville, NC in uptown’s Five Points Plaza at the corner of Evans Street and Fifth Street. Presented by the City of Greenville Convention & Visitors Bureau, The City of Greenville Office of Economic Development, Uptown Greenville, Bojangles’, and partnering with WXNR 99.5 the X, V 103.3, The Daily Reflector, and MIXER, the festival will feature the 2014 Trans Jam BMX Contest Series’ Final Stop, which includes Park and Flatland freestyle bicycle competitions, for BMX riders of all ages and skill levels.
The Bojangles' BMX Fest is a family-friendly event and free to the public. In addition to the variety of aforementioned activities, guests will also have the chance to participate in special events, visit the Lifted Trucks Show, Uptown Greenville Open Air Market,
vendors and exhibitors, watch roaming entertainment, witness BMX riders battle for a $3500 pro purse, receive autographs and meet their favorite pros, many as seen on America’s Got Talent, and explore a KidsVille area complete with story-telling, face-painting, a clown and more!
The Bojangles' BMX Fest will operate from 10am-7pm. The event is also sponsored by Lee Kia, Hampton Inn, Hyper Bikes and The City Hotel & Bistro. An official After Party will take place at Peasant's Pub on Fifth Street at 10 p.m.
