The Coron, a full face helmet for more aggressive gravity focussed riding has been developed in collaboration with POC team athlete Martin Söderström, and offers a high level of protection, ventilation and comfort.

Coron is truly innovative as it incorporates a new type of shell material, M-FORGE®, which is an advanced fiber material that outperforms previously known shell materials and has the added benefit in terms of multi-impact performance, durability and low weight. The Coron has also been constructed with an advanced internal channel ventilation system which ensures effective ventilation throughout the helmet"
To supplement the new mountain bike helmets POC will also release a new mtb specific set of glasses, Crave. Designed to fit seamlessly with POC helmets, and specifically the new Tectal, Crave glasses features durable Carl Zeiss vision lenses with a unique snap in hinge which will allow simple lenses changes and greater durability in case of falls.
Both helmets, Tectal and Coron, and the Crave glasses will be available in stores in Spring 2016.

Eurobike will showcase the eagerly anticipated release of POCs new trail/enduro helmet, the Tectal, and a brand new full face helmet, Coron, which has been developed with POC athlete Martin Söderström. Alongside the helmets will be Crave a new mtb inspired set of glasses designed for the perfect fit and function on the trail. Helmets play a fundamental part in POCs mission ‘to do the best we can to possibly save lives and to reduce the consequences of accidents for gravity sports athletes and cyclists.’ Following the success of the original trail/enduro specific helmet, the Trabec, we wanted to push the bar higher in terms of protection and performance.
