Reed Stark USA won the Etnies BMX Street Best Trick with his polejam style icepick up to hard 180 out off the Etnies flatrail over the JBL channel.
A special prize presented by Swedbank was awarded to the best Estonian BMX-rider Andres Lainevool (21st in the qualifications) and skateboarder Aleksandr Tubin (22nd in the qualifications).
Judging the skateboarding contest were Pärtel Niitaru EST, Samuel Oja EST, Vitaly Kotov RUS, Einius Ziukas LTU and Vesa Ikola FIN. BMX contests were judged by Bart de Jong NED, Antti Huottari FIN, Pierre Wilhelm FRA, Brian Kachinsky USA and the legendary vert rider the Condor himself – Mat Hoffman from the USA.
Lifting the spirits of the riders and spectators were BMX announcers Andy Zeiss and Darryl Nau, skate announcer Dave "Double D" Duncan and Estonian skateboarder and musician Tom-Olaf Urb. Red Bull TV live broadcast was hosted by Ed Leigh UK, Chris Pastras USA and Chris Doyle USA.
Two lucky spectators and both champions were awarded by Simple Session's proud presenter XDubai with an all-paid trip for two to experience Dubai's extreme adventures.
A total of 53 skateboarders and 66 BMX riders from 29 countries competed in Simple Session's Qualifications at the Saku Arena, with 15 best skateboarders and 20 BMX riders making their way into Sunday's finals.
