€ 5000,= to be divided by the top 7. In the morning of June 4th a group of local riders will have a 30 minute session to battle for the last spots in the 040 Invitational. At 13:00hr qualification starts with a group of 24 riders who are arriving from Canada, Russia, England, Germany, Belgium and Spain. The Netherlands will be represented by Tom van den Bogaard, Daniel Wedemeijer and Channon Balorian who received a direct invite for the comp. 12 riders will make it to the final which will happen around 16:00hr. In the finals each rider has two runs that both count towards a 
final score. After both runs each rider gets three attempts to pull a Best Trick which is classified separately. The winner of the 040 Invitational Best Trick contest receives € 500,=.
After the contest the 040BMXPARK will be open for a BMX session. The Vans Illustrated BMX video premiere will be held on Saturday night at the park.

040 Invitational Spine Ramp contest. High level riders to Eindhoven on Saturday June 4.
Saturday 4 June Pro BMX riders will meet up in Eindhoven, Netherlands for the first edition of the 040 Invitational, a Spine Miniramp contest held in the city centre. A brand new ramp has been built and will be set up for the very first time at the 18 Septemberplein during the E-Moves festival that will attract international fans of all kinds of Urban Sports. The ramp is done and it is a monster. 22 meters in length, 9,6 meters wide, a double coping spine of 2 meters and a combination of a 1,2 meter high sub box and a 3 meter tall wall on one side. The ramp is created by the 040BMXPARK crew and will be set up on Friday 3 June in time for the evening practice session for those who are invited to ride the contest.
