I've said it before, it's fun to check e-mail. You never know what shows up. Over the weekend I received an e-mail from Kevin Martin the former 2-HIP King Of Vert and Meet the Street announcer and Club HomeBoy wear owner. I could go into the story about setting up a booth at the ASR, my first trip to Dallas from San Diego in the GT van, the Guns 'n Roses concert we visited where Peacy puked out of the window, too many good times. I'm sure they'll show up in one of the FAT-'zines over the next couple of months. Anyway, back to
Kevin.

"Things here are good, I am working as a fire fighter paramedic and really enjoying it. It's pretty exciting stuff, nothing like pulling a yodel or anything, but it's a pretty cool gig. I am still stage managing
Sheryl Crow a little bit here and there but sadly, I think my long days on the road are behind me. I had
Ron Wilkerson and the 2-hip trick team at my house last summer for a few days, we were drunk, it was fun. Tell all the old school guys I said hey."
Sounds like not much has changed. And that's good. Thanks for checking in Kevin and for those who have lost touch, I've got his e-mail now......
