-The band line-up for the 20th FAT-JAM is looking better and better. Next to Quest for Rescue, the Fistfucking pigs from Hell we have also signed on Dan Dryers from Germany. Sort of. Manager Lippe was on the phone with the band members making sure they're going to be in Aarle-Rixtel on 9 August. OJA will rock for sure.
Contributed by Lloyd Ramsay:
- 2Hip rider and videographer Jarrod Allen has a new website up and running at www.jarrodallen.com
- Nick "Dawg" Valencia in Northern California is starting to make his own bars and frames. Be sure to buy one of his Exodus frames to pay for the spleen that he just pounded.
- Also in Norcal is a brand new concrete park that allows bikes situated in Lake Cunningham in San Jose. Please note its kind of an Etnies park deal: you need a working break, helmet and the rest as well as no steel pegs. Its also a pay park so carry some cash. Lots of rules if you ask me but it has a full pipe and some other good stuff to ride.
-Marcus Tooker is now riding for Specialized and Osiris.
-Congrats to Spain and Germany for making the finals. Hup Spain Hup!
-We spotted Colin MacKay with the new Stephen Murray Oakley shades on in Italy. Comes with a sweet Murray bag too. Go get some over at Oakley.
-We've been posting news updates like crazy. Just scroll through the posts to see if you missed something, I'm sure you did.
-Bestwick, Dhers and Nyquist are your winners of the first stop of the 2008 Dew Tour. Crazy riding went on and we have posted reports, results, photos and videos of the event. Thanks to everyone who contributed.
-Not only does James Cox make the 4Down videos, but he stars in them now. James went to his favourite local spot and filmed this short in one evening, check out the video feature and also his shiny chrome ltf bike check on the site.
