Here's a summary of some BMX news that happened this week, or at least we heard about it this week. Clint Millar and he folks are leaving on a decent Australia tour this week. Clint has promised updates from the road for FATBMX. He wanted to do them daily, but I told him that if we get an update from each official stop they're doing that it would be fine too. Fingers crossed on that one but it would be good to hear what they've got going in their summer Down Under.
It snowed here this week. 10 centimeters of that white stuff and for a change it stayed on the ground for more than one night.

It's been freezing (-18.5 celcius) so we are all well prepared going to Estonia next week where it has been snowing and they're having the same sort of temperatures. We've been told that temperature at the
film festival leading up to the Simpel Session is okay and that the clubs are hot. Anyway, Simpel Session next week. Read
Risto's interview that we posted earlier this week.
-Concrete parks can look dull. It's blank when it gets delivered or tagged up after a few weeks. But a new technique now gives the possibility to print photos onto concrete. Ask
Ralle about it.

-We received a photo of
Nasty from the HARO Benelux distributor today saying that he has signed on for a year (so far). We posted that info last week but at least we now have a recent photo of Nasty Dawg with the tattoo on his neck.
-Other team changes this week?
-
Raul Ruiz and
Andrew Jackson on Lavar
-Hitman bikes signed
Rob Nolli. Didn't see that one coming.

-
Kris Fox is on Supercross. You'll be hearing more of that guy soon. He's a racer but has skills on dirt and ramps too. Kinda BF style. Yes he can hang with the top pro racers too so a good catch by Supercross.
-It's pretty easy for a Hardware company to pick up riders. Give them a few free bolts and you're done. Maybe there's more to it, we don't know but
PomPom and
Flo Soulas from France are now on the Fortune Hardware Factory team.
-Psykopath picks up
Sean Storms-
Nigel Sylvester gets picked up by Gatorade.

-If you want to see
Maxime Charveron's naked ass,
go here. Oh yeah, he does some amazing stunts on his bike too, together with
Georgy. Both of them will be in Tallinn next weekend. Maybe some cute girl will get to see his naked ass there.
-2009 is about helping eachother out and the people from the BykeProject were on a mission to hook Coffee up with a new ride. It happened thanks to a lot of cool people who contributed.
Here is the story.-I never knew you could ride on a frozen beach. It must have been REAL COLD to do something
like that.
-This week we received the new issue of
DIGBMX, Freedom BMX, DIRT and also a copy of Shadow's
Into The Void. Reviews on the site. If not up yet, probably soon. Maybe not of Dirt but the Photo issue has some great images.
-More and more people are subscribing to this FAT Friday newsletter. Good to see that.

-If you know how to Bunny Hop you may want to visit a couple of these BMX races where they're giving away a few bikes for the winners. Don't be surprised by the racers though, some of them have pop too. Hit the flyer for all info.
-
Mat Hoffman and
Stephen Murray are celebrating their birthdays today. Happy B-day legends!
-We posted tons of clips on FATBMX this week.
Harry Main sent in his clip which has some amazing tricks in it. If you have not seen it yet,
hit this link.
-There's a new
BMX magazine in Spain. Every country could use a good magazine, or a good website. Keeps the scene alive, helps the shops to reach their clients and shows what's going on. Support the media.
-Thanks to United, Mirraco, Paul's Boutique, Snafu, Diamondback, Supercross and Parano Garage for showing love to the FATBMX site for 2009.
-IBMXFF World's in Cologne, Germany from 10-12 July?!?
Thanks for checking in. If you have a new video, contest report, press release, product or anything else to contribute to FATBMX, just send us an e-mail. Find the contact info in the left column. Enjoy the weekend.
