Photo captions are a nightmare for magazine editors. Coming up with something good and/or funny for every photo drives the editors crazy, especially in times when the deadline is coming up and you're already lacking 3 nights of sleep. At FATBMX we have a maximum number of characters that we can use to go along with every photo. Those appear when you park the browser on the photo and wait a second or two. Saying a lot in a few words is even tougher.
Today we have a photo that needs a caption. It's your turn to send it in. In the photo we have Dale Holmes at the UCI World's in Paris. The guy on the right is a French person who calls himself the BMX Coach (I think). Dale just crashed in his Cruiser final and broke two fingers.
BMX Coach: "Dale, is it you zhat smells like zhe sweat?"
Dale: "Phew yeah, I need a SpeedStick sponsorship. Double A Pete, hook it up!"
That's an example of a terrible caption, come on, you know you can do better. We will publish the 5 funniest entries next week.
