The legendary dirt jump spot at Hidden Valley is back up. It got plowed last winter but it's hard to fight the Huntington Beach shovel crew. Damn right! Keep the place clean and leave the ghetto blasters at home.
We've added a bunch of 2005 events to our event calendar. If you're already planning your trips, go take a look and book those cheap flights. Make sure to check with the actual organization on any changes. We're not responsible for your booked flights or anything. Also, if we've placed incorrect info, let us know a.s.a.p.

Fly Bikes goes gypsy style! Here's some news from head honcho David Quesada:
" >From this week, an other company is distributing Flybikes in Spain for us. It´s being a while since we wanted to do this to concentrate on pure developing of the brand. This way, we don´t need a warehouse to stay and we can travel and live anywhere. We´ve already left the warehouse and we´ll have a p.o. box soon in case you want to send us anything. This is a whole new style of bike company that we are already enjoying. We are now in the middle of our 2nd. tour this year around the Mediterranean Spanish coast. Working, riding and developing new parts with the team. In the past, I was not able to join the team on those trips but I can now. This is always good for the company and for my riding. This change is definitely for the better. You still can reach me, Guiri and Gonzalo by e-mail and you can call me on my cellular phone when you need anything from me."
Ricky Adam has added a few new gig photos and a few new BMX photos on his website. Also, if you happen to be in Belfast Northern Ireland over the next few weeks check out a photo exhibition "Shot By Both Sides" (pun intended) in the old museum art gallery. It's a group exhibition about the history of punk/rock in Ireland, some of my photos are included in the exhibit. www.rickyadamphoto.com
More Thorne news? Yes Sir!

For all the latest in HARO land, visit their new website at www.harobikes.com
Ben Shenker has had a season with ups and downs. Here's the latest: "Once again I'm back on the roller coaster of my life: Yesterday morning my laptop froze and I wasn't happy. After a few calls I learnt that there's no service for this type in Hungary. Great, so I spent all of last night trying to recover files and stuff, and by 5 am everything was working. I felt like my brain became a hard drive too, but at least the machine works. Slept for a couple hours, went to RedBull to pick up some juice and talk about next year. After that I was off to Uni, stashed in my car was 3 crates of RB, sweaty pads, shoes and my bike. Parked right in front of school, and after 3 hours of class I noticed some fuckheads have messed with the locks and took everything but my bike." It's off to the USA at the end of January for Ben and also Senad Grosic. Good weather is calling. OBG has already left for some serious vert riding at Woodward west, followed by good sessions at WwEast.
The HARO boys are staying busy.
Niels Thanild sent out a press release telling everyone that his website was finished but forgot to post the URL. We forgive him because he's a good drunk. Well, here is the web-address for SimpleBikeCo. www.simplebmx.com
The Pop!Session will take place in Tallinn, Estonia from 7-9 January. 4000 Euros pro purse for street and 4000 Euros pro purse for vert. Worth a trip, even if you won't be able to catch some of that prize money. Hit up the FATBMX event calendar for all the info.
