sub 20 second time and everyone headed to the knock-out heat finals.
Small Finals for the women saw Emily Hayes take home the third place over Jordy Scott.
Small Finals for the men had Current World Champion Tommy Zula take the third place finish over Alec Rob.
In the Big Finals results could only be determined by the timing clock as finishes were too close to call with the naked eye. Lined up for the women were top qualifier on the day Ashley Hayes facing off against Payton Ridenhour. Taking the overall win with the UCI World Champion rainbow jersey was Payton Ridenhour who was awarded a Ticket to the Red Bull UCI Pump Track World Championships Final.
The men’s final pitted the top two qualifiers against each other and both riders were on their chosen 20” bikes. Both Barry Nobles and Brady Kincheloe were laying it all on the line for the top spot using up every inch of the Velosolutions Pump track asphalt. When it came down to the stripe it was Brady Kincheloe taking the top honors and winning the ticket to the Red Bull UCI Pump Track World Championships Final. Brady was visibly the fastest rider in the field today and seemed to have just a little bit extra that was needed to top the field of 60 men battling it out on the day.
