Full podium sweep in South Africa! Monster Energy congratulates team rider Anthony Jeanjean on taking first place in BMX Freestyle Park at Converse ULT.X in South Africa. In Cape Town’s premier action sports event, the 25-year-old Olympic athlete from Béziers, France, took the win in front of a high-energy crowd. He was joined by 29-year-old Kevin Peraza from Tucson, Arizona, in second place and 28-year-old Australian team rider Boyd Hilder in third place.
In the BMX Best Trick event, 27-year-old Jeremy Malott from Lancaster, California, took the win with a mind-boggling trick.
Bringing the stoke to Japan! Monster Energy congratulates team rider Anthony Jeanjean on taking first place in BMX Freestyle Park at Enoshima Wave Fest in Japan. In the season opener of the 2024 UCI BMX World Cup, the 25-year-old Olympic athlete from Béziers, France, soared above the competition in the Elite Men’s division. In the Elite Women’s Park division of the BMX Freestyle Park event, 27-year-old Maca Perez Grasset from Santiago, Chile, brought home the trophy for second place.
From February 22-25, the Enoshima Wave Fest kicked off the 2024 UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup with an international field of riders competing in Park and Flatland disciplines. The new Wave Fest event combines BMX, live music, and food experiences in a festival atmosphere.
The 2024 season is officially a wrap! Monster Energy congratulates Monster Army rider Brady Baker on winning the BMX Dirt competition at the 2024 Monster Energy BMX Triple Challenge in Arlington, Texas. In the final stop of the 2024 season, the 21-year-old from Toms River, New Jersey, claimed his second consecutive victory of the year and won the overall series championship title.
Monster Energy swept the entire podium, with 32-year-old Australian Jaie Toohey from Lake Munmorah taking second place and 29-year-old Ryan Williams from Sunshine Coast, Australia, in third. The dominance continued in the spectacular Best Trick contest, with Williams taking the win, followed by Baker in second place and 33-year-old Andy Buckworth in third.

This Saturday was the qualifying Men's and Women's round of the UCI 2024 BMX Freestyle Park & Flatland World Cup in Enoshima, Japan. Due to extreme weather conditions, the UCI BMX Freestyle Finals planned for tomorrow (Sunday), are unable to go ahead. Results from today's qualifying contests will be taken as final. In BMX Freestyle Park, Anthony JEANJEAN (FRA) and Hannah ROBERTS (USA) won the stage. In BMX Freestyle Flatland, it was the Japanese duo Yu KATAGIRI and Nina SUZUKI who took the win!

February 2024 and the first UCI BMX Freestyle World Cup is happening this upcoming weekend in Enoshima, Japan. It will be a long trek to the land of the rising sun for the first round of 2024 with two other stops on the calendar for this year being Montpellier, France in May and Shanghai, China in October. With this being an Olympic year there are two more key events on the schedule before the Games take place in Paris this summer. The Olympic Qualifier Series will determine 6 of the 12 riders in each gender who will get a ticket to the Place de La Concorde in July. Add the UCI World Championships to the list (Abu Dhabi - December) and it's going to be a full season being a high level Park rider.
The three UCI World Cups this year will have Flatland as well. It was time they had a full World Cup
