Making a magazine has become easier. The Freedom BMX crew can tell you all about the early days of making magazines. Cut 'n paste wasn't done by shortcuts on the keyboard, and photoshop had not been invented when the first issue rolled off the presses. Bruno Hoffmann was flown over to Malaga, Spain for an interview and to shoot this cover of DIG. They filmed an edit while there as well which is one to look out for. Yes yes y'all! New month, new issue. 100 pages of BMX Plus! just arrived over here in The Netherlands and it's got Eric Holley on the cover with a foot on the ground. But he's about to take off so it's okay. We'll take you through the list of the content of the April issue which kicks off with the Inside Scoop followed by the Mailbag and Ask the BMXperts. All regular sections in the mag that bring you the news and answer your Q's. Ricky Moseley shows off his TotalBMX, DB44 and the wedding crashers, Afro Bob gets a How-To!!! iHUB test, Dillsy's GT Cage gets checked, and there's an 8-page big kid's buyer's guide. In case you didn't know, the BMX PLUS! riders of the year are: Brandon Dosch (Dirt), Jamie Bestwick (Freestyler) and Nic Long (RACE). The coverboy gets a big interview, followed by a tech tip on how to tune your bike. The ART crew took a trip over to England to meet up with Mark Webb and the rest of the Total BMX crew. A lot of the content of issue 6 is based around this trip including the cover shot.
