We don't want anybody to get hurt, but if you don't wear the safety gear that is available, you're almost asking for it. It's up to the rider him/herself to decide but we can only advise to slap on some elbow pads, get some decent knee pads, wear a Leatt Neck-Brace and check your helmet from time to time to make sure it's still okay. Coming down the hill with 7 other riders at 55 km/h jumping a 40 feet gap is gnarly enough for you to wear the safety equipment. That's fine with us. Pad up!
