If your photo appears on the front cover of BMX Today or any other major BMX magazine (BMX Plus!, BMXWorld, BMXer, etc.) out there and you have a clearly visible NBL sticker showing on your number plate, YOU WILL WIN A U.S. SAVINGS BOND! Elite riders will receive a $500 savings bond, and amateur riders will receive a $250 savings bond.
