American Barry Nobles (Sun City, Calif./DK Bicycles) also made it to the superfinal, finishing 12th in a time of 39.354. After the first lap qualifying lap, Jared Garcia (Victorville, Calif./Supercross Bicycles) finished 26th, Nick Koehler (Tustin, Calif./GT Bicycles) placed 37th, Jordan Miranda (Bakersfield, Calif./GT Bicycles) came in 55th and Sean Gaian (Santee, Calif./GT Bicycles) crossed the line in 63rd.

Post earned her second silver medal in the time trial at a world cup this season after her second-place finish in Manchester in April. She qualified third behind American Arielle Martin (East Spanaway, Wash./Intense BMX) and Pajon in the first run, but couldn’t quite top the speed of the former world champion in the superfinal. Martin, despite improving on her qualifying lap time, finished fifth. Dani George (Palmdale, Calif./Supercross BMX) finished 18th in the qualifying run.
“Time trial day couldn't have gone any better. Our top elites, Arielle Martin, Alise Post, and Barry Nobles, paved the way, with Connor Fields taking another time trial win,” said James Herrera, USA Cycling’s national BMX coach. “Jamie [Staff, USA Cycling high performance director of sprint programs] and I are incredibly pleased with all developmental elites, all qualifying in the top 64. Tomorrow is going to be a great day of racing.”
The world cup competition continues on Sunday, June 16, with Supercross racing.
