Nickel plated Neodymium High Density magnets (one on each side of both pedals). Sealed roller bearings (bearing sets fit both pedal sizes) The Mini comes with the ~80# pull force magnets and the Pro Full size has either the ~80# or the ~150# Extra High Strength pull force magnet.
The NBL (National Bicycle League) has given this a Safety Endorsement for use by the younger riders 4-11 rookie class over the currently used cleat/clip-ons.
