Cycle Group, Inc. (CGI) is excited to announce that it will sponsor the Redline Factory BMX Team in 2014. “We are really, really pleased to be part of the Redline factory team. Obviously, it’s a big deal for us to be working with Sam Willoughby and Alise Post, but the team’s expansion to include several top amateurs is a real bonus. Plus the team always has a full-factory image at the races,” said
Toby Henderson, founder and executive director of CGI.
Besides the race team bikes, Redline will begin spec’ing Promax and BOX components on a variety of its high-end complete race bikes in 2015.
“We’ve put a lot of effort into developing the BOX and Promax product lines. We’re really happy that the product managers at Redline recognize and value what we’ve come up with,” Henderson said.
“We are excited to work with Cycle Group, Inc. and our team is
pumped to have access to Promax and Box components. These products represent the best designs available for BMX racing and we believe this collaboration will result in more wins on the track,” said Dirk Sorenson, Redline’s marketing manager.
Starting with the USA BMX Silver Dollar Nationals in Reno this weekend, the entire team will use either BOX Genius/Eclipse or Promax P-1 brake sets, BOX Helix or Promax QR-1 seatclamps and BOX Phase 1 number plates.
The team consists of Willoughby, Post, Tory Nyhaug, Josh Klatman, Collin Hudson, Hunter Pelham, Jason Carnes, Carly Dyar and George Goodall.
