Color ED is like colored chrome. Many new SNAFU parts and accessories feature this material finish, their Hexagon pegs included. The green sleeve is color ED 4130. The sleeve is pressed over a fluted and machined 6061 forged alloy core. The hex washers lock into the back side of the peg and engage in the dropout to eliminate twisting.
