Not sure if you knew, but magazines have different issues for different countries. Some have USA issues, UK issues and the rest of the world copies which basically have different ads in them. The first two issues of RIDE we received didn't have this extra s/3 Iceland 'zine in it, the third copy, that arrived on its own, did have the 4Down distribution catalog. I'm glad it did as it's been a good read. Basically, it's 4 Down's catalog, but it looks more like a 'zine, but then with quality pics and in full colour. For products, you've got to go to their website to see the latest bikes and stuff they're offering out of the UK. Changes in the product range can be made easier online, than in print. The end result is awesome. Benson took care of the pics of the following 4Down riders that went on the trip to Iceland:
Bengo, Marv, Coxie, Newrick, Charles and
Blyth. They did find stuff to ride, they found some springs and the best beer you can get; Bavaria. If you're expecting to see product in this catalog, it's not for you. If you
like a sweet 'zine that will be available at the 4Down dealers for free, pick one up.
In the end it saved them some boring work placing hundreds of products with their spec on many pages. Instead they had a good time in a new country: Iceland. Ice Ice Baby!
