As if they weren't busy enough with the Simpel Session contest Risto Kalmre and his crew cranked out another issue of Sahtel magazine, specially for the Simpel Session. It's Simpel Session special issue. The magazine is 90% in English and features interviews with Drew Bezanson, Michael Beran, Ed Zunda, Achim Kujawski, Nate Wessel, also skaters Chris Haslam, Chris Pfanner and lots of other stuff. It's 100 pages and with a nice custom

binding where it's sort of a Simpel Session booklet and a magazine combined. The price is only 2 Euros and it's available on Estonian newsstands and SImpel Session locations.

The Simpel Session crew are also doing two photo exhibitions at the 2011 event. One is Kai Kuusisto's BMX photo exhibition and the other is a Simpel Session photo exhibition where we asked some of the best photographers that have visited Simpel Session to contribute their favorite SS photos for the exhibition.

Something that captures Simpel Session in a nice way for them – be it riding, the people, the atmosphere, the city, the weather or the parties. All of that great photography is out on public display on the ground floor exhibition area of Solaris center (Estonia pst. 9). Kai's exhibition is in Artis Film Theater which is in the same house. Also Simpel Session Film festival takes place in Artis.

Part of Sahtel magazine also acts as sort of an exhibition catalogue.
