German Benny Korthaus will be the one selling the BMX-UP magazines in the stands of the French Bookstores in the next couple of months. When you happen to walk inside a "Presse," look out for Benny doing a stretched seatgrab superman and note the white spokes. I'll just list what is inside issue 36 and then you walk to the book store and flip through the mag and when it appeals to you, you pay the € 5,90 euros and enjoy the mag on your next road trip or on that rainy day when you can't ride. There's no poster inside that you can hang up in the tour van but maybe you need to buy another mag to decorate the inside of the tour vehicle.

The mag is in French so I skipped Sofian's editorial on page 4. Belgian Hannu Cools gets the full page contents photo and on the next page we find a FATBMX logo on the [url=http://www.twentyvelocross.com/oakleytwentyjaminfos.htm]Oakley/Twenty BMX Jam[/url] poster. The jam is this weekend so hurry up. News and the Franck Guerard folio is followed by the local contest in Gregam which was a qualifier for this summer's [url=http://www.nokiafise.com/accueil.php]FISE [/url]contest.

The Supercross UL Series 20.5 bike gets tested and then it's time for girls. Girls that ride BMX. France hosts one of the bigger indoor BMX races every year. the report of the tours race is 7 pages long and that includes a page dedicated to the dirt jumping that took place in Tours. Jwel Folio.

Trets BMX, a report on a BMX race club in the South of France with interviews on Phillippe Ballongue, Patrick Guimez and Thierry Fouilleul and a bio thingy on Yacine Eloudjedi + Laurent "Le Dingue". A contest report from Lyon that Guimez won is followed by a trail article (Bedarieux).

The racing scene in France is quite big. Jeremy Chaffot is one of the talents that France has to offer. He gets an interview in issue trent-six as does another fast racer by the name of Moana Moo Caille. Don't let the name fool ya. The French BMX Race Cup in Pierrelatte is covered as is the following Cup race in Pernes les Fontaines. Total race coverage: 12 pages back to back. Sounds like the racers will dig this issue.
