Weight: prob 26 pounds? my bike, tools, pads, helmet, and riding shoes all fits in my travel bags and weighs under 50lbs.
Something rattles, what do you do?
Throw my bike off the ramp, that normally will fix it
What kind of (tire) pump do you use?
Bontrager, and it is impossible to look cool while pumping up a bike tire.
Is your toolbox well equipped?
Nah, going riding somewhere, someone will have tools.....
What tools do you take with you when you’re traveling?
Bare minimum, 3/4 socket, ratchet, pedal tool, 6mm and a couple of mini shots of whiskey in the tool pouch.
How many rims have you killed doing hang ups?
They make wheels pretty good these days so that has not happened since I ran the Araya's back in the day. Luckily I never really ever would hang too hard so normally would just get big flat spots.
How much pressure do you use to tighten your stem bolts?
Hand tight, learned the hard way that stems tend to strip out if you over tighten them
How much pressure goes into your tires?
110psi for vert, anything else I don't bother to check
If you’re going on a trip where you’re not going to ride any vert, what do you change on your bike?
Nothing, just leave the full face and elbow pads at home
Who are hooking you up to keep your bike rolling?
Matt Coplon at Profile racing, Leigh ramsdell at eastern bikes, Ronnie Bonner at sparkys and shadow, Badders from Vans, and the MR B's bike shop employee's for letting me take Deco stuff when Chad degroot isn't looking.
Thanks to: Matt, Leigh, Ronnie b, Badders, Degroot, Mat Hoffman, and anyone who I have been on the deck with..... RIDAZ
