How long have you been on Mankind now?
Bommel: I started riding for Mankind Bike Co. in the summer of 2007! /
Why did you pick this frame out of the Mankind selection?
Bommel: Well, the Mankind Mellow Frame is my lovely baby, because Christoph Huber give me the unique opportunity to design my own frame and I never would take an other one!
Do you help out with frame and parts design at Mankind? Bommel: I give always feedbacks to Mankind if I ride any new prototypes or stuff at all. I always try to make thinks better and also try to find new ways to create bike parts with solutions you never see before. But it is always more an inspiration as an order!
Do you have any input in the colours of the parts that they put out?
Bommel: I always choose black!!! ;)
Do you try to use as many Mankind products as possible on your bike? Bommel: Yes of course, because it makes no sense for me to take stuff from any other brands if you have a bike sponsor!
When's the first contest you're going to hit with this new ride?
Bommel: First Party at Simpel Session 2012!!! see you there...
