Modifications: I had the break mounted on the chainstays so I could do Cheerypickers and I put quick release seat clamp and running the seat post backwards to do my oldschool balance routines.
Why the switch from Chrome to Black? Never had a black bike and friend gave me a pair of 1" zero offset forks with 990 mounts Looks like you're going for a zero offset fork on this ride.
Are you used to it already? I have been riding zero offset since the 90's but still need a bit more on this new bike because it's quite a bit lighter then I am used to Will you miss the standing platform? I don't really thing so. I can't think of any tricks that I have to have them.
The bike is probably lighter than the ones you had before. What tricks are easier on this bike? Time will tell as I get more dialed, but I can already feel a lot more potential for rolling combos, finger flips and so newer tricks. I am working on no handed, upsidedown backwards wheelie barspin by hooking my leg on the pedal
The Lineage doesn't have any weird bends in the frame. Do you like it when flatland bikes are looking like normal BMX bikes? I like, it reminds me of the bikes I started on Schwinn Comp, MSC, Skyway TA
Who do you like to thank? Joe Hawk and John Buultjens at Haro, DMC for the Linage concept and everyone who was involved in making this happen.
