NO FRONT TEETH is the latest “RIDE UK� dvd and the reason for the 5-star is not because Mark Noble send me a t-shirt / OAS DVD / Stickers or Tim March hanging out at LV but because of Alex Rankin making his best DVD so far. The riding scene in the UK is super good for years and this is being showed in “NO FRONT TEETH�.
Riders like Luke Marchant / Paul Jefferies / Ashley Charles / Phil Dolan / Joe Fox / Kye + Leo Forte / Benson / Fraggle and last but not least Scott Edgworth all have their own sections with lots of different riding style and riding places it makes you staring at the TV at all time. Alex Rankin is an original filmer with an eye for nice angles and lights, sometimes it’s a bit dark but the light effects are so nice it doesn’t bother if you can’t read the stickers on the riders bike.
The Etnies-Backyard jams 2003 are well covered as is the Bournemouth 2004 Backyard jam, those contests are out of hand, the standard of riding is so high that you might think it can’t be any better but next year it will be better again. In the EXTRAS you can see what I mean with riders like Taj, Jay, Cory, Nate, Beringer, Luke Marchant and Gary Young, incredible!
The Intro’s of all the different parts in this DVD are one of the nicest I saw so far. Chris Noble is making them and did a very good job, specially the one for Fraggle.
The DC trails tour has the best filming parts and of course the riding of Dylan Clayton, Scott Edgworth and Kye Forte is easier to make it look good, these guys rules.
Dean Hearne and Baz show you the lines in the 70’s whorehouse sorry I mean warehouse and the crash section you better leave alone before you go riding. The Pariah Jam, Superhero Stunt Jam, Epson Trails Jam, Day or Reprisal and Odyssey at Leeds are well covered and so is the Leo & Kye Ghetto skatepark.
The Rat one is dead, buy this DVD to see how it died! This is a 5-star UK Dirt/street/park DVD!
