Yesterday at the Timojam I spotted these grips on the bikes of Michael van der Lee and Pim van den Bos, both Paul's Boutique team riders. I had a pair once and put them on Philip's bike and regretted it right after because they felt so good that I wanted a pair of my own. The grips are pretty thick and work as "suspension". With the cold months coming up this built in feature will be liked by all trail bosses.
