Have things changed for you since 1 September, the day the Olympic qualifying period has started?
Dave van der Burg: Not really, of course the qualifying period started so it’s important to score points but it didn’t change my attitude going into a race weekend. If I compete no matter what kind of race, I have my mindset on winning it.

THE GAME CHANGE COLLECTION – VERSION 1.0. After 1 1/2 years of work we are today presenting our new riding collection for 2019, The Game Changer Collection. As with our previous collection all our garments are drawn and tailored by us and this way we can present something that we are proud of. The Game Changer was born through punk and hip hop and with a mindset of ”I did it my way” and we decided that this will be a living collection that we will continue to develop so this is Version 1.0.

Have things changed for you since 1 September, the day the Olympic qualifying period has started?
Quillan Isidore: I have yet to compete in an Olympic qualifier yet. My first one will be Argentina at the end of the month. Nothing has changed just continuing to train hard with the goal of making finals.
Are you looking for races where you can score more points?
Quillan Isidore: So our aim for BC is do as many as possible to give us the best possible chance to score the maximum amount of riders.
Has peaking after 1 September been something you aimed for?
Quillan Isidore: For Argentina yes that’s been my main target since after work!
How badly do you want to go to Tokyo for the Olympic Games in 2020?
Quillan Isidore: This is on top of my goals list! What an honour it’ll be to represent my country at the
"Let's get a frickin' bus. We'll pull in to the city, load it up with kids and head out to the BMX tracks. Let's introduce this #BIKELIFE culture to BMX racing."
And that's exactly what we did! We handpicked over 40 #SEBIKELIFE riders via their Instagram profiles with instructions to meet up with us at Rucker Park in Harlem, NY. Both Larry's Freewheeling and Jake's bike shop were on hand at the park for last minute tune-ups. Once we were all loaded up on the bus, we drove the riders and their bikes 2hrs out of the city to the New Paltz BMX track for a private practice session. From there we were off to the Kingston Point BMX track for a local night race where everyone raced their first ever BMX race.
