Alex Jumelin’s signature KHE frame just came out. It's in prototype stage at the moment. The frame is called: “The Paris”  and has straight tubes only. In case people don't know Alex, he's a pro flatland rider from Paris so don't even think about taking this bike to the trails. The details are as follows:

My friend Alex Jumelin is a famous pro flatland rider. Well known for his amazing flatland skills, his passion for the art and an unstoppable urge for progression. But also as a friendly guy, devoted family man, smart businessman and contest organizer. For several years he has been organizing his also famous Ninja Spin and 2006 is no exception. So off we go to Acheres, near Paris for this years edition. Taking place in the same venue as last year. And make no mistake, the Ninja Spin Contest is seen as one of the most prestigious flatland-only contests in the world.

Vancouver, BC Canada May 27, 2006  Ten Pack Distribution, in partnership with Muskoka Woods Camp is pleased to announce the Ten Pack Am presented by Muskoka Woods Camp, Canada’s biggest amateur only park contest. The competition will take place on June 17–18, 2006 at Muskoka Woods Camp, on the ‘Slam Ten’ course, with some new elements being added that will remain at the camp after the contest.
“I’ve wanted to put on a big amateur contest for years, and now thanks to Muskoka Woods coming on board it’s finally going to happen.” Says Miron. “For the first time, this contest will put amateurs on center stage and give them a place to get their name out there.” 

The opening from the skate pool in Hasselt (B) became almost a swimming pool! It was raining from 2pm till 4pm but more than 100 people stayed to see the demo’s. After drying we could start with some great Belgium riders like Jimmy mp5, Greg van Tulder, Hannu and Sig Cools, I (Peter Geys) was presenter to pump up the crowed. It was a jammy relaxed pool session and we had lots of fun. Haro bikes sponsored a brand new F2 bike and a local BMX dude was a proud owner.

The Canadian Concrete BMX skatepark series will bring some of the most amazing international, national, and local talent, of all ages together for 3 huge jam format contests this summer. For the many spectators attending, this is a free event! We're focusing on expanding the sport and bringing the kids together with the pros and getting everyone excited about BMX, something that no other can offer! We're kicking off the series in June of 2006, at Kirkstone, in August we're at the renowned Richmond skatepark, and for the grand finale, it's being held at one of the oldest, and possibly the most famous Canadian parks: Seylynn in North Vancouver.

The Canadian Concrete series is meant to support and stimulate the growth of future professional riders, as well as promote the entire BMX industry. There will be different classes for skill level, and depending on the total amount of entries, separate age categories. All entrants will need to sign a waiver, and pay the entry fee for each jam.

Concrete parks in the Benelux are popping up anywhere. There is no need to go to Marseille or Oregon any longer to ride some concrete. The park in Kortrijk is also a park that kicks ass. It's got a cradle and more lines than you need. The people at Hangloose and RIDE On BMX Shop are putting on a contest at the park that was built by Team Pain.

Lots of events are cancelled for this weekend because of the bad weather forecasts. As a BMX-er you know that the sun is always shining in Aarle-Rixtel so get yourself over here on Sunday 28 May for the Laarbeek Ramp Tour.
