XP Innovation, LLC has acquired BMX Cataloger and E-tailer, Dan's Competition, LLC from New York based multi-title merchant Alloy, Inc. XP Innovation, LLC is owned and operated by Dustin Wilson, William Cartwright and Steve Kalsch, current management team members of Dan's Comp. Steve Kalsch, President of XP Innovation states, "We acquired the business after learning Alloy was interested in selling Dan's Comp to focus on it's other core brands." Kalsch, who has over 18 years experience in the direct marketing industry, notably with outdoor sporting goods supplier Gander Mountain, Norm Thompson and most recently with Dan's Comp, goes on to state, "This is a great opportunity and we plan to continue providing a wide selection of products at competitive prices."

The skies were blue when the Dirt contest started. After a little rain in the morning the dust was gone and the jumps looked good.
