Position Overview:
The Territory Account Manager is responsible for taking orders, keeping in contact with current, new, and potential accounts. As well as, collaborating with our sales team on projects, strategies, and processes.
Position Responsibilities
· Outgoing calls to new, potential, and existing customers
· Keeping in contact with all territory customers, spending time and not feeling rushed when talking with customers and having quality interactions
· Prospecting of new customers for immediate and future sales
· By utilizing sales strategies sales rep to make the appropriate number of outbound connections per day
o Via phone, e-mail, and messaging
· Participate in gathering pre-books
· Calling customers back when backordered product arrives
· Confirming online orders with customers
· Contribute and participate in our overall sales growth (marketing/sales ideas, email communication ideas, product ideas, etc)
· Maintaining and updating our master CRM database
o Keeping and recording detailed notes on customers
· Representing the company professionally as a brand ambassador when at any shops or events
Requirements
· Highly reliable, detail oriented and organized

· Staying in tune with BMX market trends and competitors
· Strong understanding of BMX culture and products
Required Software Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
· Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
Preferred Software Skills
· Proficiency in Dropbox software
· High Proficiency in QuickBooks
· Proficiency in ACT!
Education
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required if sufficient experience
Experience
· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the BMX or a related industry
